Access to and use of the Suzuki Website and Service and Repair Information is provided strictly subject to these Terms of Use. By entering and using the Suzuki Website you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use. You must not use the Suzuki Website if you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Access and Use of this Site
Service and Repair Information accessible through the Suzuki Website is provided in accordance with (Competition and Consumer Amendment (Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Information Sharing Scheme) Act (Cth) 2021, for the purpose of providing information necessary for conducting diagnostics, servicing or repair activities.
Access and use of Service and Repair Information on the Suzuki Website is only permitted upon condition that you are either an Australian Repairer or Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Australian Repairers and RTOs must submit a written request to Suzuki Australia access this Service and Repair Information.
[If a written request has been made, access to the Service and Repair Information that is offered on the Suzuki Website will only be available upon payment of a fee. Fees for access to Service and Repair Information will be set by Suzuki, and will not exceed the fair market value for the information. All payments (including any applicable taxes) for Service and Repair Information purchased by you via the Suzuki Website must be made in readily available funds and either by direct debit or electronic funds transfer to an account nominated by Suzuki from time to time. All payments must be made in full on or before the due date as specified on the Website or in any other agreement.]
Restriction to safety and security information
Accessing motor vehicle safety and security information is restricted on this Website in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Information Sharing Scheme) Act (Cth) 2021. Safety and security information will only be made available to individuals from an Australian Repairer or RTO with the proper credentials to access this information, as determined by the Australian Automotive Service and Repair Authority (ASSRA) as nominated by Suzuki Australia. Suzuki Australia will endeavour to separate safety and security information from the service and repair information to the fullest extent that is reasonably practicable to do so.
In order for Suzuki Australia to grant individual access to safety and security information, you must provide AASRA with a declaration:
- confirming the Australian Repairer or RTO has authorisation by the owner of the vehicle to access and use the security information for that vehicle; and
- specifying the vehicle identification number of the vehicle.
By accessing safety and security information you acknowledge and agree that:
- the information will only be used for the purpose of your Australian Repairer's business or providing an RTO course; and
- you have passed a fit and proper person check by Suzuki Australia to access and use this information.
Content provided by you or third parties
If you enter data or information on the Suzuki Website, you agree that you are fully responsible for such data or information. You agree to indemnify Suzuki Australia against any and all third-party claims arising from or in connection with the data and information entered by you.
You agree that Suzuki Australia is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of information and content from third parties provided on the Suzuki Website. Information which is not Suzuki Australia's own information but can be accessed via the Suzuki Website may not be subject to the same checks by Suzuki Australia. You agree to use third-party information on this Website at your own risk.

If your access to the Service and Repair Information is cancelled due to your breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund. In any event, Suzuki reserves the right to terminate these Terms of Use, and your right to use and access the Suzuki Website, at any time and for any reason without prior notice to you.
Governing law
These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. In the event that any of the Terms of Use are found to be unenforceable under Victorian law, this will not affect the remainder of these Terms of Use.
Defined Terms
Australian Repairer is a person who carries on a business of diagnosing faults with servicing, repairing, modifying or dismantling motor vehicles in Australia. Individuals who do not run these businesses but repair vehicles as a hobby cannot access Service and Repair Information.
Registered Training Organisation is an organisation that provides courses in Australia covering diagnosing faults with servicing, repairing, modifying or dismantling vehicles. An RTO is required to be registered by the Australian Skill Quality Authority (ASQA) or a state regulator to deliver nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training.
